This 6-week, 90-minute weekly series is designed for men—especially working dads—who want to improve their health, resilience, and day-to-day performance. Blending breathwork, stress management, neuromuscular training, strength, cardio, teamwork drills, and recovery practices, the program offers a balanced, approachable way to rebuild capacity and carve out real space for personal well-being. Created as a community-focused pilot, the series welcomes all fitness levels.
